Todd Nagel
President/CEO

Todd has been employed with the Bank since October 1, 2004, as a result of an acquisition of National City Bank. He has been working in the banking industry since June of 1996. Prior to banking Nagel was an entrepreneur, owning several small businesses including car washes and commercial real estate facilities.

Jay Wittman
COO

Jay has been employed with the Bank since 1993 and has been instrumental in its growth. Wittman has been working in the banking industry since 1982, initially with Central Wisconsin Bank Shares and M&I Corporation in both operations and auditing.

Mark Wiebe, CPA
CFO

Mark comes to River Valley from State Bank of Cross Plains in Cross Plains, Wisconsin. He will be responsible for guiding the bank through all financial functions in a strategic position for growth.

Sue Matis, SPHR
Executive Vice President

Sue began her career with River Valley Bank in December 2006.  Sue’s areas of responsibility include Human Resources and Organizational Development.  Sue and her team focus on recruiting and retaining incredible employees and driving the culture of the organization.

Paul Rudersdorf
Executive Vice President

Paul Rudersdorf has been with River Valley since June of 1993. During this time he has been instrumental in building strong relationships with the bank’s business customers and growing a strong commercial loan portfolio. Paul currently oversees the bank’s business banking, wealth management divisions and he is also responsible for our Retail division.

Todd Nicklaus
Chairman & Owner

Todd started at River Valley Bank as a teller while still in college.  Then he returned as a Commercial Loan Officer, becoming President in 1993.  Todd is now Chairman and co-owner of the bank.

Greg Nicklaus
Owner

Greg joined his brother Todd as co-owner of the bank in 1998.  Prior to this he worked for a credit company and has used that experience to establish River Valley’s Mortgage Division.
