Escrow is now available as an added benefit to some River Valley Bank loan accounts. Escrow allows you to include the costs of your property taxes, home owners insurance, and flood insurance with your mortgage payment. River Valley Bank will set aside the escrowed money and pay these bills when they are due. If you are eligible for escrow please click on the below link for the state in which you live, fill out the document, and send to the address indicated on the forms.

FDIC's Electronic Deposit Insurance Estimator (EDIE) lets consumers and bankers know, on a per-bank basis, how the insurance rules and limits apply to a depositor's specific group of deposit accounts—what's insured and what portion (if any) exceeds coverage limits at that bank. EDIE also allows the user to print the report for their records.
