Your financial transactions don’t happen just during regular bank business hours. You need easy convenient access to your money and banking information all the time. To help, River Valley is offering a new and improved mobile banking app for smartphones and tablets.
Please note: Your existing River Valley Bank mobile app will continue to work, however we’d like to encourage you to download our new app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to take advantage of these enhanced features.

Mobile Bill Pay
Pay bills anytime and anywhere in the River Valley mobile app

Whether you’re paying your utility bill or you’re reimbursing your best friend for last night’s pizza, you can pay your bills faster and easier with River Valley Bank’s mobile bill pay service. Log in to your mobile app to pay all your bills from one place. You’ll never have to write a check or mail a payment. We’ll make sure your payment is sent as scheduled.**

  • See your bills as they come due – With eBills – online versions of your paper bills - you don’t have to wait for your statement to come in the mail to see your monthly bills. This service is available through payees who offer electronic billing.
  • Receive alerts when bills are due or payments are made – Set up your account to receive the alerts you want via email, text message or both.
  • Set up one-time or recurring payments – Pay a one-off bill or set up monthly payments, however you like to organize your finances.
  • View payment history and payment calendar – Access up to 18 months of payment history and data in a list or calendar view.

* To request mobile deposit, you will need to have a qualified checking account and be registered for online banking. Not registered for online banking? Call our customer support center at 888-842-0221 to sign-up today. Upon approval for mobile deposit, it may take up to two business days for your mobile deposit to become enabled.

**Some bill pay settings must be set up within our online banking system. Must have sufficient funds in your account for payment to be scheduled.
