IS – Safari 5.1.4 Update

Online Banking users continue to be effected by the Apple release of Safari 5.1.4.  The changes in Safari 5.1.4 are impacting many industries.  As a result, our teams will be engaging Apple to discuss needed changes to the Safari browser. 

Current workaround options for Safari users using the 5.1.4 release are as follows:

  • Users can access Online Banking via alternate browsers such as Firefox
  • For users who are presented with a blank/white screen after login using Safari 5.1.4:
    • After login from the account listing page, click on the refresh button on the browser toolbar to load the screen.  Please note that this will need to be repeated with each login.
