What browser do I need to be able to access Internet Banking?
You can use any browser with our Internet Banking. However the browser you use must be able to support 128- bit encryption. If you are not sure if your browser is 128-bit compatible you can check by clicking on the test browser button on our Internet Banker login page. This option will check your browser and if it is not 128-bit compatible, a link will be provided to download an updated version of your browser that will perform with 128-bit encryption.
How long can I be connected to Internet Banking without any activity before I am logged out?
After 10 minutes of inactivity you will be logged out of Internet Banker.
